RETURN POLICY

Any purchase from Moda Grace except final sale items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped to the customer. Items with make up stains, pet hair, perfume or other strong odor are a few examples of items that cannot be refunded. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

 

START YOUR RETURN:

  1. Send an email to info@shopmodagrace.com with your order number and return request. 

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Sale items and discounted orders can be returned for a refund or store credit unless it is specifically stated in the product description as a "Final Sale Item". Please make note of this in the product description of items placed on sale before purchasing.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
